It should be noted that cancellations disrupt teleworkers’ plans and reduce their confidence in using Telework services. For this reason, hosts should make every effort to honor confirmed reservations. In the event that an unforeseen event prevents you from honoring the reservation, you are responsible for canceling the reservation as soon as possible, subject to certain cancellation fees.

The cancellation of a reservation is possible at any time before the service. If you wish to cancel a reservation, you must go to your reservation area, select the one to be canceled and you will find the cancellation button there. At the start of the cancellation button, a message will remind you of the amount of the costs related to the cancellation. Your host’s account is then debited with a fee which will be deducted from the first payment after cancellation. The amount of the fees depends on the number of hours remaining before the client’s arrival:

More than 24 hours before the start of the reservation: 5$ CAD will be deducted from the next payment

Less than 24 hours before the start of the reservation: $10 CAD will be deducted from the next payment.

If we judge that you cancel confirmed reservations too often, we authorize ourselves to deactivate your ad and/or your account.
