By booking a workspace on Telework, you accept the cancellation conditions set out in the policy below. The customer is able to cancel a reservation with certain fees up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time (the start time of the reservation). After this period, the customer is no longer able to cancel the reservation. Below is the customer’s cancellation policy for each of the possible situations:

More than 24 hours before the start of the reservation: partial refund of the amount paid when booking. Telework retains the service charge you paid, which is equal to 14% of the pre-tax amount of your reservation.

Less than 24 hours before the start of the reservation: no refund will be possible. You will be charged the full amount.

In all cases where the host cancels a justified reservation, the client is fully refunded the total amount paid, including the service fee.
