In accordance with our Privacy policy, we only display the host’s address after confirmation of your booking. You will be able to see it directly on your reservation page.

For these days hosts already have bookings or are just not available. It is therefore not possible to select them and add them to your reservation.
Once your workspace booking is confirmed, your host will display in your chat and you will be able to exchange information regarding your upcoming stay.
Yes. You have up to 24 hours before your booking start time to cancel, after which it will no longer be possible to cancel. You will be refunded the amount paid, less our service fee which keeps us going and offering you the best out of us.

Hosts

Guests are billed in advance through our secure payment system provided PayPal. At the end of each completed stay, we will send you your earnings on the payout method chosen when creating your ad, less our 7% service fee..

In reality, the price choice is yours. We still suggest that you start with an hourly rate ranging between $4 and $9. Keep in mind that you will be able to change the price of your ad at any time following the market demand.

Not at all. You can provide the necessary information to the guest for their stay through our messaging system after the confirmation of the booking.
Yes you can cancel your reservation at any time. However some fees may apply in accordance with our Guest Cancellation Policy.
